What I find the most ridiculous in this whole sorry mess is that their first concern was to remove the strikethrough. "Let's make our overworked code monkeys remove this extremely clever and useful visual clue, so there won't be a striking (harhar) way to highlight the suspended users!"
The alleged mortification of the CEO (how nice of him to post personally, no, really) does not wipe out his previous statement for CNet (never mind that CNet had his attention long before he deigned to post here, in the heart of the matter):
